At Kendalls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
